We’re a young, vibrant crew dedicated to creating and innovating together. We enjoy each others’ company and hold a monthly culture event to step outside of the office environment. Time Off
At Picos, we understand that balance is key to innovation and productivity. That's why we've designed a flexible approach to time off, ensuring you can recharge and pursue passions outside of work. Enjoy the freedom to plan your annual leave around what matters most to you, with our support to accommodate your preferred timings.
Our working hours mean that we wrap up at 12:30 pm on Fridays. Yep, we head home at lunch time! We love getting a head start on the weekend, meaning we’re fully rested and recharged for the fresh week ahead. We’ve found that this helps us strike the optimal work-life balance.
We observe all standard public holidays, giving you time to celebrate and spend time with loved ones. During the Christmas and New Year period, we encourage our team to use this time for a well-deserved break, utilising their annual leave to enjoy the festive season fully.

Did we mention we’re centrally located in a gorgeous office? We couldn’t find the perfect space to accommodate our needs, so we built our coworking space, Yellow Desk, just off Chapel St in South Yarra. This boutique coworking space is home to team Picos, as well as the other incredible creatives and startups that form our creative community.
Our space is equipped with meeting rooms, breakout spaces, a photography studio, call pods, a full kitchen, podcast equipment, and more. Not to mention the coffee machine, monkey bars, fully stocked bar, and snack cabinet!
Our central location means that we’re easily accessible by public transport and a (very) short walk from cafés, bars, restaurants, quick lunch spots, shopping, and Dyeworks Park.

Job Description
The Picos Pathway is a flexible 3–5 day a week unpaid internship that runs for three months, allowing you to gain an in-depth understanding of agency operations and experience daily life in a bustling marketing environment.
Our Pathway opens the opportunity to:
- Work with the team to bring clients’ vision and needs to life.
- Familiarise yourself with essential tools like Monday, Slack, Adobe Suite, Figma and many more.
- Get involved in a diverse range of client projects, overseeing their journey from conception to execution.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions aimed at crafting efficient strategies.
- Dive into the realm of AI with specialised masterclasses.
- Develop a holistic skill set, encompassing organisational, communication, and analytical competencies.
- Freely express your creative ideas and refine them through constructive feedback.
